For over 10 years, our coaches have been leading athletic development programs within Premier League youth academies. During this period, we have supported players who have progressed into the professional game and onto the international stage.
Our new aim, is to take this professional level support to athletes and players who are outside of the academy set-up, giving everyone an equal opportunity to develop & maximise their potential.

Thomas John (TJ)
TJ currently works as a Lead Academy Physical Development coach at Arsenal FC. He joined the Gunners in early 2023 and leads the physical development of the players aged 8 - 16 years of age. Prior to working for Arsenal, TJ spent 6 years working as an academy Strength & Conditioning coach for Southampton FC.
TJ is an accredited strength & conditioning coach (UKSCA), EXOS Performance Specialist (EPS) & has both a BSc and MSc in Strength & Conditioning.
